Each week we will have an amazing warrior, and as a bonus we will give him/her a tittle in the hall of warriors.
I’m truly happy to introduce a truly rising star, Amy Clover is without a doubt one of the most amazing friends I have. I met Amy in a group we both belong to, and upon working a little bit in Amy’s blog design, I soon realized that she had everything she needed to show you the way to a stronger you. She recently launched a new ebook, and believe it or not, it’s completely free, so check it out over at her place Strong Inside Out
What are you most passionate about? And why?
I am most passionate about empowering people to overcome life’s obstacles because I know what it’s like to feel stuck. You’re never stuck.
What was your inspiration or motivation to begin your project?
My inspiration to start Strong Inside Out was my own experience overcoming life’s obstacles. I went through a lot of guess and check on my path to happiness. I wanted to open up a platform that would help save people from discouraging failures by offering tips and advice that were crucial to turning my own life around. I want to help as many people as possible find their happiness!
What is the biggest reward you have received while working on your project?
The emails I get from people that have been depressed or even suicidal, thanking me for helping them get through that time. Because of them, all the fear of posting my story online has been worth it.
If you had the ability to change the world in any way, would you? And if so, how?
I would spread resources to everyone equally. The fact that we live in excess while others don’t have enough to live frightens me.
I would also inject the belief that CHANGE IS POSSIBLE into every single one of us! This belief is crucial to creating change in oneself and in the world.
What advice can you give to someone who is struggling to find happiness?
Read my new pdf.
Jk. I think the most important thing is to commit to the changes you want to make and start thinking as if you have already made them. Trust in the fact that if you do the work, you will get there. Don’t try to push it too much. Allow it to be and come to you.
Who is the most remarkable person you have ever met? And why?
My Grandmother set an amazing example for me growing up. She always followed her passion and, even when it got rough, she stayed true to herself. Nothing stops that woman! Not even multiple hip and knee surgeries! She still goes to the gym every day and insists on staying active. She is who I aspire to be.
What are some of your future goals or aspirations? Do you have a plan to accomplish them?
I want to write a detailed guide–either a book or an ebook–to empower people find their happiness by overcoming the obstacles that stand in their way. I’m slowly chipping away at it, and hope to finish it within the next year.
What has been the biggest challenge you have faced during your life?
Overcoming my clinical depression and continuing to manage it. Since it’s a chemical imbalance, it pops up every so often because I’m not taking medication. When it does, I have to go into battle mode and fight every minute to reframe my thinking. Even when it comes on heavy, I have to relax and know that it will cycle back to normal again if I just follow what I know and have faith that I know how to handle it.
Tell us about your biggest success in life, perhaps something you struggled with that you were able to overcome above and beyond your own expectations
My biggest success was finding happiness! I always looked at people who were happy and thought to myself that they must be faking it. I didn’t believe that anyone truly was happy and I resented people who acted like they were because I had never experienced it.
When I started really following my passion and “trimmed the fat” by cutting negative people and habits out of my life, happiness came easily. The fact that I have maintained it for the last 2 years has been my biggest triumph.
What is something that you wish you knew before you started your path?
I wish I believed that change was possible. It took me a loooooong time to start thinking that way, but when I did, everything fell into place.
If you were a cat, which type of owner would you choose?
I would definitely want to live on a ranch with big open spaces! I love my freedom!
P.S. I think I’d rather be a dog.
For her answers, strength and passion to turn you into a stronger person. We give Amy the tittle of:

Amy has the true warrior spirit. She is always willing to help you, and she follows her own advice. She is willing to mark the path before you even have to take it and that is why I’m truly impressed with her work. Don’t forget that she is offering her ebook Restart Your Life for Free, that is a wonderful deal if you ask me.
Stay tuned because next week we are having the honor to have Vic Magary with us.

Amy I have so much respect for you. It takes a lot of courage to face down depression and the fact that you are using the skills and strength you discovered in the process is inspiring.
